Damian Rusyn

Born in 1995 in Krosno, Poland. He started his dance adventure as a ballroom dancer. During this time, he became a multiple medalist of various competitions. Among others, two-time Polish Dance Formation Championship in 2009 and 2010 are few of his greatest accomplishments.

Due to the desire and need to develop on other artistic paths, he began to train in different dance techniques. It resulted in many achievements at national and international dance competitions and representing the country at the Dance World Cup in 2017. In addition to constant development and training with Polish and foreign dancers and choreographers, he also gained stage experience by participating in various events and performing in front of a wider audience, e.g. at the economic forum in Krynica Zdroj, events of the citizens budget of Cracow, or several editions of Cracow Fashion Week.

In 2017-2018, a dancer in the group of adepts of the Cracow Dance Theater. Since 2017, he has been associated with the Krakow Ludowy Theater, where he can be seen in the play “Syn Smoka” directed by Tadeusz Łomnicki. He also regularly collaborates with the KTO Theater and is taking part in their performaces includnig “The Blind” or “Biedni Polacy patrzą na Getto” directed by Jerzy Zoń. On a daily basis, he works as a dancer and choreographer passing on the acquired knowledge and skills.
